Fund objective
The objective of the scheme is to generate regular and stable income for the unitholders of the Scheme. The corpus of the scheme would be invested primarily in debt market securities such as nonconvertible debentures, bonds issued by corporates, bank and government, commercial paper, certificate of deposits and other money market instruments. The scheme would invest predominantly insecurities rated by the Credit Rating and Information Services of India Limited (CRISIL), or any other rating agency.

SIP availability
SIP is available in L&T Triple Ace Fund. The frequency for installments shall be monthly on the 1st/ 5th/ 10th / 15th / 20th or 25th of the month (28th for the month of February) and on the next Business Day if it happens to be a non business day.

Upfront commission shall be paid directly by the investor to the AMFI registered Distributors based on the investors' assessment of various factors including the service rendered by the distributor.
Exit Load
Nil

A switch-out or a withdrawal under SWP or a transfer under STP may also attract an Exit Load/CDSC like any Redemption.

No Exit Load/CDSC will be chargeable in case of switches made between different options of the Scheme.

No Exit Load will be chargeable in case of (i) Units allotted on account of dividend reinvestments; and (ii) Units issued by way of bonus, if any.

L&T Mutual Fund has been established as a trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 by L&T Finance Holdings Limited, Sponsor/ Settlor (liability restricted to the seed corpus of Rs. 1 lakh) with L&T Mutual Fund Trustee Limited as the Trustee Company and L&T lnvestment Management Limited as the Investment Manager.
