SIP availability
SIP is available in L&T Short Term Opportunities Fund. The frequency for installments shall be monthly on the 1st/ 5th/ 10th / 15th / 20th or 25th of the month (28th for the month of February) and on the next Business Day if it happens to be a non business day.
Options
Following Options are available under the Scheme:
1. Dividend (Payout & Reinvestment)*
2. Quarterly Dividend (Payout & Reinvestment)
3. Growth
If no option is specified at the time of application, the default option is Growth Option.
The Trustees reserves the right to declare dividend from time to time, subject to availability of distributable surplus.
If no option is specified the default option is dividend reinvestment.
* * Investors are requested to note that currently the Board of Trustee Company has decided the frequency as Monthly dividend under Dividend Option of the Scheme. The Board of Trustee Company reserves the right to change the frequency of the said Dividend Option of the Scheme.
All Plans/ Options have a common portfolio.
Minimum Investment
Fresh purchase: Rs. 10,000/- per application and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter
Additional investment: Rs 1,000 per application and thereafter in multiples of Re.1
Entry Load
Nil
In terms of SEBI circular no. SEBI/IMD/CIR No.4/ 168230/09 dated June 30, 2009, no entry load will be charged by the Scheme to the investor effective August 1, 2009. Upfront commission shall be paid directly by the investor to the AMFI registered Distributors based on the investor's assessment of various factors including the service rendered by the distributors.
Exit Load
Nil

If the AMC introduces an Exit Load, a switch-out or a withdrawal under SWP or transfer under STP may also attract the applicable Exit Load like any Redemption.
No Exit Load/CDSC will be chargeable in case of switches made between different options of the Scheme.

No Exit Load will be chargeable in case of (i) Units allotted on account of dividend reinvestments; and (ii) Units issued by way of bonus, if any.

Terms of issue
Minimum purchase amount For all Options - A minimum of Rs. 10,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter
Minimum additional purchase amount For all Options - A minimum of Rs. 1,000/- per application and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter.
Minimum redemption amount/units A minimum of Rs.1000/- per application or 100 units.

L&T Mutual Fund has been established as a trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 by L&T Finance Holdings Limited, Sponsor/ Settlor (liability restricted to the seed corpus of Rs. 1 lakh) with L&T Mutual Fund Trustee Limited as the Trustee Company and L&T lnvestment Management Limited as the Investment Manager.
